A collaboration with the International Society for Contemplative Research

Inside Contemplative Research: The ISCR Podcast

Conversations at the edge of meditation, mind, and science. The official podcast of the International Society for Contemplative Research, produced in collaboration with The Science of Mindfulness and hosted by Michael Juberg.

About the Show

Leading scientists, scholars, clinicians, and contemplative practitioners join each episode to talk about how meditation, mindfulness, and other contemplative practices shape the mind, brain, and body. Topics range from individual transformation to organizational change and wider community and societal impact, offering an accessible window onto the meeting of ancient wisdom and modern science.

Two organizations, one conversation

The ISCR is a nonprofit scholarly society that brings together researchers, clinicians, and practitioners to advance the rigorous study of contemplative practice. The Science of Mindfulness is proud to partner with the Society on this podcast and to help carry its work to a wider audience.
